A non-refundable retainer fee (30% of final price) is required 24-48 hours after confirming invoice. If retainer fee is not received, the order will not be processed.

- If there is a company issue with the order, customer must reach out to Jai's Sweet Treats to receive a full refund.

Company issues include: Incorrect flavor, filling, product, or design

- After order has been received by customer, Jai's Sweet Treats relinquishes all liability. Jai's Sweet Treats is not liable for damages caused by customer error, all damages will be assessed and if Jai's Sweet Treats is at fault, customer will receive a refund.

- After order is received by customer, if there is an issue, the order must be returned back to the company with at least half of the product remaining to receive a partial refund.
